Inspired by the Classic Western series, “Lonesome Dove”, chef & owner Kelly Green decided to take her chance and do something she’s always dreamed of - running a saloon in the country.
She wanted a cozy place, where people could gather for good times & bad, have mouth-watering meals, sip delicious drinks, and take the time to pause and enjoy the little things.
Small towns might be known for having limited creative dining options, and our amazing founder aspired to change that with The Blue Duck Saloon.
No more of the same places with the same food bought in mass and reheated. Our kitchen and bar staff are always crafting new recipes and thinking of new items they want to try. We love variety and mouthwatering meals for our guests to enjoy.
We are proud to bring house-smoked meats, innovative recipes, and seasonal dishes to this amazing little country town in the heart of Cowboy Country, Oregon.
