DRY AGED PORK CHOP 

12 oz Bone in Pork Chop topped with caramelized apples and onions, served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable


STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST

Two 5-ounce Chicken Breast Stuffed with fresh basil and Gruyere Swiss cheese, topped with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable Parmesan breadcrumbs, tomato parsley salsa and creamy Dijon sauce Served with garlic

CAPRESE STUFFED SALMON 

This oven baked salmon fillet is stuffed with tomatoes and mozzarella for a delicious with flavor and it's oh so delicious! Caprese-inspired taste. Baked along with some juicy balsamic roasted tomatoes.
