Here at the Blue Duck Saloon, our vision is to be as farm to fork as possible. We love our Oregon farmers, and abundant local agricultural community. Our team has been involved in our own local agricultural communities for years, and we want to support our small and local farms and incredible farmers as much as possible.

We are looking to bring back actual cooking, with actual ingredients, from actual farmers. Grown with love and care. Cooked with love and care. More local farms, less big corporations.
